The property itself would get three stars from me, but the VIP service was among the worst host experiences I've had as someone who likes to bet big. The hosts were unfriendly and unhelpful, and treated me like a third-class guest instead of someone bringing serious play. There was no appreciation or effort to help, and I got no sense that VIP players mattered. A VIP program should make guests feel valued. Instead, the hosts made the visit frustrating and uncomfortable. If you're a high-limit player looking for a place that values VIP guests, take your money somewhere else and enjoy your time. I'd recommend serious players look elsewhere until the host service improves.

Jimmy's Steakhouse served the best steak and whipped potatoes I've ever had. The casino is only steps from the clean rooms, with plenty of slots and tables open all night. I even had a couple of nice wins. It's a nice place overall, and room service breakfast is usually something I enjoy on vacation. This time I couldn't get the QR code in the room to work, and the front desk said the menu was only available through that code, so I couldn't order. I also requested a wake-up call for my flight but never got one. Thankfully, my phone alarm went off.

The rooms were clean and nice, and I don't have complaints about them, though the bed was only fair. The poor service and food left me disappointed after looking forward to the trip. Employees didn't smile and seemed angry to be there. We had players cards from an earlier visit and had received several offers. When I couldn't open one in the app, the cashier said it was only for VIPs, although neither the app nor a flyer I have at home mentioned that. It felt like false advertising to get people there. The seafood place wasn't impressive, and the dish didn't match its description. The Asian restaurant was pretty good, but very small. One server snapped at us about a table we'd been waiting for, though she was somewhat nicer by the end of the meal. We won't be back.

The selection of food is incredible, from seafood to authentic Asian dishes and comfort food, and it's available at almost any time. The casino has a great range of slots for both average and high-limit players, and complimentary drinks while gambling make it even better. The rooms were amazing and super clean. Service was quick and attentive, with only a couple of minor hiccups that might simply have been accidents. I traveled a significant distance to come here and will definitely return.
