Motel 6 Bossier City, LA

The fresh paint has made the place look brighter, cleaner, and much more inviting. You can see the effort, care, and pride that have gone into the work and attention to detail. It seems like people have been putting in long hours to make real improvements, and it hasn't gone unnoticed. These changes have made a big difference to the atmosphere. Great work to everyone involved, your dedication to improving and maintaining the property is appreciated.

We stayed for two nights, and the first was fine. While we were out on the second day, someone entered our room and rummaged through our things. Everything had been moved. I called the front office to ask why anyone had gone in, and the attendant just said, "oh they don't touch anything when they go in". When I asked why they'd entered at all, she couldn't explain.

The bed's metal base bangs loudly whenever you get in or out, and the poor condition of the place made me feel unsafe. I know the room cost $73, but that doesn't excuse the awful smell or stains across the bed, walls, floors, and ceiling. I've stayed in hostels cleaner than this. Please bleach the walls, floors, and ceiling. The rooms are filthy.

The staff at the Motel 6 on Airline Drive in Bossier City, especially Debbie, Ashley, Kat, Kelsey, and Jo, make guests feel welcome and looked after. They're warm, helpful, and go out of their way for people. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and fresh towels and linens are available on demand. There's a mini fridge, microwave, and safe in each room. The place is simple but has a memorable, rustic charm. The lobby has three game rooms with casino-style games, two for smoking and one non-smoking. It's an unexpected bit of entertainment. Airline Drive is also convenient, with several affordable family restaurants a short walk away. It's a joy to stay here, whether you're passing through Bossier City or a local taking a staycation. The hospitality and well-kept rooms, along with these extras, are unusual at this affordable rate. This Motel 6 is a hidden gem.
