I was glad when my week was over. My company booked me a non-smoking room, but it smelled strongly of smoke. The room was dingy, with stained walls, torn carpet, and uneven, stained floors that smelled like pee. Cleaning was bad, the floor wasn't vacuumed during my stay, and staff weren't friendly or helpful. The door wasn't properly hinged, so hallway voices and noise carried through all night. There were stains around the tub, on the bathroom floor, and on the sink counter, maybe blood or rust, I didn't check. Please take the other reviews seriously. This place should be closed.

We paid for two rooms and didn't use either, but they still kept the money. When we asked for a refund, they said we'd been there an hour, even though we'd spent that time looking for another hotel. The room stank as soon as we opened the door, and the bathtub was sticky. There were roaches everywhere. Shreveport was booked up because of a baseball game, so it took an hour and a half to find another room, thankfully a much better one. I didn't argue with the staff because I just wanted to get away from there. Take the advice in the reviews and don't stay here.

We were traveling with a 1-year-old and went through three rooms, but never got a room that worked. The first time we went to the lobby, it was hot, and the room we were assigned wasn't ready. There weren't even maps to help you get around the hotel. The next room seemed okay until we took off our shoes and found the floor wet from the AC. In the third room, the AC was falling apart. I brought the manager over, and when I touched it, it fell off. He just put it back on. After that, he agreed to refund us. They'd charged my card twice, though, and I had to call the bank and get him on the phone to have the money returned then and there. The next day they tried to take more money from my bank. Never stay here.

People were noisy all night, knocking on doors and running around, so I could barely sleep. The room ceiling leaked and looked ready to cave in. The hotel smelled like an old church, the floors were dirty, and the neighborhood felt rough, with crack heads walking around. Anyone could walk in because the doors weren't locked and there was no card swipe to open them. The pool and breakfast were nasty, and all they really had was orange juice. I'd give this hotel -0 if I could, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
