DO NOT STAY HERE. I got in close to midnight and the room I’d booked online wasn’t available, so they put me in a double instead of a single. That part wasn’t a big deal. The employee said the TV in that room was broken and asked if I needed a TV for the night. I was going straight to sleep, so I said it was fine. They also needed a card for the $100 damage hold, which was no problem. The room was filthy. There was a mold spot on the ceiling, loose flooring planks from water damage, missing paint on the walls, unfinished trim missing in the bathroom, gum on the headboard, and marks on the blankets that looked like they’d been washed with something colored, leaving slight discoloration. I was exhausted, so I planned to talk to the desk in the morning. When I went to check out around 8, no one was available until 9:30. I had to leave, called the night number, and was told to leave the key in the room. Three days later, they charged me $100 for “stains on the linens.” Seriously? The location said they couldn’t do anything because I hadn’t come back downstairs and reported it right away. Corporate did nothing and told me to call the location. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

The bathroom and room were a mess. The hot water was turned all the way up, but the shower was barely lukewarm, so I got out and had to wash off with cool water in the sink. There was a wad of hair clogging the tub drain, dirt and hair around both sides of the toilet base, and the stovetop was filthy. The wall light above it had cut wires. The bed platform was uncomfortable, and my 166 pound body seemed to sink into it. I have pictures of it all. We arrived on February 5,2026, and the exterior sign made the hotel look newly remodeled or acquired. Inside, it felt more like a “no comfort” motel. The front clerk seemed overwhelmed and inexperienced, and customers, including me, waited at least 30 minutes while she tried to check us in. Plastic key cards were scattered over the counter, already programmed for individual rooms, but she didn’t know which rooms were available. She had to walk us up to see whether ours was clean. It looked occupied or not cleaned after the last checkout, and it was nearly 9 pm. I was shocked there wasn’t a computer system showing which rooms were vacant. We left for a sit-down dinner because it was taking so long. When we came back, there was still another short wait before we got a key. The room had already been paid for on my friend’s site, so we took our chances. The elevator noise came through every time it ran, and I could hear water running in the wall beside the bed.

I arrived to find the TV wasn’t working, and after my friend showered, she was trying to get the AC started. The room was so hot. They can’t give her another room right now, and she’s still out the money for the night. We could’ve been miserable at home.

My great aunt stayed here a day ago, and her room was NASTY. The bed was gross, there was dog hair everywhere, the TV didn’t work, the stand was missing its drawers, and the room reeked of weed. There was no Wi-Fi either. They didn’t try to clean up or fix anything, and management didn’t offer her a refund. This place is unprofessional and doesn’t deserve even half a star.

There were thousands of bedbugs in the beds. With the lights on you couldn’t see them, but once we turned the lights off, the party started. We asked the office to move us, and they said there were no rooms available. At that point, sleeping in the car seemed better. It was a horrible experience, and I hope I never return to that hotel.
