This place is nasty. There were cockroaches, the sink leaked all over the floor, and there was no toilet paper or towels. The toilet seat was broken, and the lights flickered when I plugged in my phone charger. No refunds. I wouldn’t give it a quarter star.

It’s a long way from luxury, but the hotel is comfortable and very affordable, and the staff are great. The owner pays close attention, and the strict no-visitors rule makes it feel safe.

Melissa is the best housekeeper there. She’s very nice, respectful, courteous, and helpful, and always made sure we had clean towels and toilet rolls. Please keep her, she’s the best! Get rid of the troll they’ve got there!

The rooms are the worst, and there was even a used tampon left in the trash can. I booked through Expedia, arrived after a storm had knocked out their internet, and paid cash. A week later, Expedia billed me as a no-show. After two weeks of calls, emails, and chats, I still got no credit. There isn’t a direct phone number for the hotel either, so I couldn’t speak with them. The worst!

For the price, this is great. I didn’t arrive to check in until 3 am and had woken the owner, but he still greeted me with a smile and was very friendly. The water pressure and temperature were great too.
