The rooftop pool is my favorite part of the building, especially in summer in Boston. The front desk and concierge staff are great, and management is very responsive. The one drawback is the expensive garage, which is run by a third-party company.

My one-bedroom is spacious, clean, and new, and there are plenty of useful amenities, including a gym, living room, study area, and game room. The concierge team is helpful and friendly, and packages are handled safely. It’s a convenient spot for students and dog owners, with Harvard Yard and a great park both within walking distance. Highly recommend!

One of my favorite things here is the location. There are plenty of shops nearby, including Asian and Japanese grocery stores within a mile. In summer, I like watching and listening to the concerts at Fenway Park from the rooftop garden. We’ve lived here for more than two years, and the property is well run by the leasing team, Shiela and Lorraine, the concierge staff, John, Jeff, and the weekend and night crew, plus the maintenance and housekeeping teams. I also went to the end-of-summer rooftop party recently and had a fantastic time. There was a cocktail bar, tasty food from local restaurants, a live DJ playing a good mix, and nice company, with familiar neighbors and new faces.

I’ve been here more than three years, and it’s a clean, quiet, pleasant place to live. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants and cafes, including Cava, Pavement, and Yard House, and there’s a nice track and field area for exercise. Parking is the main drawback. Street spots can be hard to find, especially when there’s an event at Fenway.
