I left the property on the first day and lost the $300 I’d paid for the stay. Expedia leaves refunds up to the owners, and I found them completely unreasonable. When I called about the broken door, they acted like they were the victims. On my second call, they treated me like I was trying to scam them. I wouldn’t waste money here. At first, the outside door code I’d been given didn’t work. Someone saw me struggling and let me in, which felt like a red flag. The door to my room was more than halfway broken, and its codelock just flickered instead of working. They moved me to another room at a different address in the same building. It was much smaller than what I’d paid for. The codes worked there, but there were dead cockroaches across the floors, kids shouting from other rooms, and no heat at all. In December, it felt as cold inside as outdoors, just without the wind.

I’m local, and I ended up helping two different groups find somewhere else to stay because the host hadn’t sent them an entry code, leaving their stays unusable. The place was disgusting: it smelled like urine, had roaches and mold everywhere, and the shower and bathroom were extremely dirty. There were undisclosed cameras everywhere, and the AC unit smelled like garbage. I’d give negative stars if I could.

I liked the place and had everything I needed. The kitchen was well equipped, and there were two full bathrooms.

I lasted an hour and didn’t stay the night. It was disgusting, and I regret ignoring the other reviews. There was a kitchen camera, rat droppings everywhere, and live and dead roaches all over the house. The bathroom was filthy, with a mucky floor and no toilet paper, and there were no essentials at all. The beds looked nothing like the pictures. The room was extremely cramped with two beds, and you could hear everything from next door. The shower was filthy too, though at least the water was hot. There was no heat or air conditioning. I went somewhere else. 0/10.
