Best Western Plus Boston Hotel

I’ve stayed here a few times a year for the past 15 years and will definitely be back. The service is excellent, the room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I had one of the king suites, with really nice furnishings. The continental breakfast has more options than most, and the food is good. Parking is free, and room rates are very good for Boston. The neighborhood feels a little sketchy, but the staff work hard to keep things safe. The shuttle is really convenient, too.

The free shuttle made getting around easy. It serves places within two miles, usually picking you up within 15 minutes. For somewhere farther away, the driver can take you to a suitable subway station. The drivers were prompt and friendly. Breakfast was amazing, a well-rounded meal, and the staff kept everything moving. They refilled dishes as soon as they ran low, brought more out when something was gone, and even carried it to you. The room was comfortable, beautiful, and adequately clean. The team was so dedicated and helpful, even cleaning rooms at incredible speed while we were at breakfast. I’ve never stayed at a better hotel. Everything was great, and I can’t think of a complaint. I highly recommend it for a Boston trip!

The elevator was extremely slow, but the hotel was great otherwise. My room was clean and spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel’s in a noisy part of the city, so they leave complimentary earplugs. I usually use earplugs anyway, so the traffic didn’t bother me. The free breakfast was hot, too, which was nice.

The hotel is amazingly well maintained, even though the location feels a little sketchy. We had a fifth-floor room and it wasn’t too noisy. The free shuttle into downtown was very convenient, and breakfast was wonderful. My son loved the delicious evening cookies, and there were free juice and coffee all day. The staff were amazing!
