We had a long weekend at The Four Seasons in Boston, one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at. My rescue dog Annie is a very poor eater, but she absolutely loved the peanut butter and blueberry treats from Neoteric brands. They were the first treats she'd really liked in a long time, so I ordered some from the source since it's hard to find something she enjoys. I'm grateful to you and The Four Seasons for a wonderful trip.

For my 40th birthday, I booked a Dalton Duo for my husband and me at the One Dalton Wellness Spa. It was an amazing way to unwind on a cold day in February, and everything surpassed what I'd expected. The team were so lovely, helpful, and accommodating. The Wellness Floor is gorgeous, especially the pool with its city views, and it was stocked with snacks, water, and tea. Thanks again, One Dalton, for making my birthday so special and memorable. I'll be booking again soon!

A birthday cake surprise was so thoughtful and meant a lot to me. Everything else was wonderful too, from the service and comfort to the overall stay. The location is perfect, just a few minutes on foot from a nearby mall, with great restaurants and lovely cafés all around. Such a beautiful visit from beginning to end. I'm already looking forward to returning to Boston and staying here again.

I stayed four days in a Corner Suite at One Dalton last December. The building is stunning, and the cathedral views are the best in the city, but the service fell well short of what I expect from a Four Seasons. During a room move, I was told my refrigerator items would be transferred while I was away for a 90-minute massage. When I got back, nothing had been moved, and I had to sort it out myself during time meant for relaxing. Basic cutlery for a meal took more than an hour to arrive. At this level, guests shouldn't have to follow up repeatedly on simple requests. The front desk offered a small credit at checkout, but it didn't make up for the repeated need to chase things. The building is beautiful, but the intuitive care that gives Four Seasons service its soul was missing. I'd hesitate to return when there are other luxury options.
