My Deluxe room was spacious, clean, safe, and well maintained, and the hotel is close to two major T stations and several notable landmarks. I just got home after a wonderful three-night stay. The one hitch was that my room wasn't ready at check-in, which made me a bit anxious, just a personal thing. They did let me leave my luggage using an excellent system, so I could get on with my plans that first day. I'd gladly stay again when I'm back in Boston. Kudos to the team.

The hotel dining was fantastic, and Jameisha suggested Legal seafoods, which was WOW, so worth it. Lukes Lobster was excellent too. David, Julia, and Jameisha all deserve a shout out. David arranged a late checkout after the airline delayed my flight. I stayed Feb 12-14 2026, and the subway is fast and clean, nothing like NYC. It was cheaper and faster than an Uber. From the airport, a quick shuttle bus to the subway station brought me less than a block from the hotel for $2.90. There are several subway stops close by, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Fantastic hotel: clean room, comfy bed, great shower pressure, and excellent staff. I booked the king deluxe because reviews made the smaller king rooms sound too small. I travel a lot and this place is it.

The basement workout room was nice, and the little extras like conditioner and toiletry kits were appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the room stayed dark. What really stood out was the service. Every staff member I spoke with was a pleasure, and they helped with early check-in, late checkout, use of the staff microwave, and even took photos of our dressed-up group. The hotel is steps from the T-line that connects directly to the airport, with restaurants, bakeries, shops, and museums all nearby. I'll gladly stay here again on my next Boston visit.

The rooms aren't large, but the lobby and welcoming staff make up for it. There are plenty of nice perks, including a free beer or glass of wine at the bar on arrival, and on certain nights, music and a free beer in the lobby. The location makes it easy to walk almost everywhere. Spot Hero parking across the street was easy to use, but reserve ahead. As my husband put it, they did nothing wrong in his book. Great place.

The location is the main reason to stay here. Centric is close to the back entrance of the MBTA orange line at STATE st stop, a block from HAYMARKET, and central to FANUIEL hall, DOWNTOWN Boston, and more. The staff are helpful, and you can have as much free Poland spring water as you want. The room is basically a Tiny Home Bedroom: standard hotel furniture crammed into a tiny space, no desk, and more than two people will be nose to nose. You'd have to work downstairs or use the tray table. The on-site restaurant charges tourist prices for simple food, like $15 for three pancakes. I'm a fan of the Hyatt brand, but for what you get the price is way too high. Stay if your company is paying. For me, location and helpful staff get aces, but it's a no return.
