The location worked perfectly for walking to places I wanted to visit, including the commons and TD Garden. I found the room clean and the bed very comfortable. There are good amenities too: a bar and restaurant, a 24-hour fitness center, a pool, and best of all, a sauna in the locker rooms. The bathrooms could use an update, at least the shower. Very good stay and experience, and I'll likely return next time I'm in town.

The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, the shower had great pressure, and the staff were genuinely nice and helpful. Those were the good parts of the stay. A lot else felt outdated or like an extra charge. The TV seemed straight out of 2001, with no Netflix, casting, or streaming app logins, only an old-school on-demand system. That's disappointing at premium Boston prices in 2026. The so-called destination fee is presented as a benefit, but the listed perks feel like things nobody asked for: a $2 trolley ticket discount, lobby newspapers, or a souvenir magnet. They also include “premium WiFi,” which makes me wonder why WiFi costs extra in 2026 instead of being included. Parking was a headache too. Self-parking has no in-and-out privileges, so each time you leave and return you pay $41 again, even as a hotel guest. It feels like another way to squeeze money out of people. And the bathroom sign warning of a $60 charge if you remove the shampoo bottle gives the impression they assume guests are there to steal toiletries. That doesn't feel welcoming. The staff and cleanliness were great, but the dated room features and added fees made the whole stay feel like constant nickel-and-diming.

The staff were welcoming and kept everything well organized throughout our stay. Traveling with kids, we especially appreciated the small gifts for them. It was a thoughtful touch that made us feel looked after as a family. We also got a nice room upgrade, which made the visit more comfortable. Everything ran smoothly, and we’d happily come back.

Everyone we met, from housekeeping and the concierge to the front desk, was warm and helpful. Tamika and Kunika were especially kind and patient with us. We stayed 10 nights, and the spacious, comfortable room made it easy to settle in with all our luggage. The location was handy for walking and getting around the city. We’d gladly stay again.
