I've been very happy living at Radian so far. It's a great luxury apartment complex downtown, and the management is great. Janelle, the assistant manager, made moving in easy and seamless. The staff are attentive, and maintenance is fast. Elisandro, Jean, and Sidney are always quick to respond when I put in a request.

I took a tour with Kenzie, even though other reasons mean I'm not renting here. She knew the building and the area really well, answered all my questions, and put my concerns at ease. If you're thinking of taking a tour, ask for Kenzie!

The views are incredible, especially from a south or west facing spot if you can get one. I loved living here for 18 months and wish I could've stayed longer. Management, repairs, and admin are so efficient that things just work and take a lot of everyday hassles off your plate.

We would've renewed our lease at The Radian if we hadn't moved out of state. We had a really good year there: the apartment was in good repair, and maintenance always got back to us quickly, shoutout to Sandro! Janelle on the leasing team was especially helpful when we ran into an unusual situation after the move. She was courteous and professional, and took care of a bunch of administrative errands for us. The leasing team was very helpful throughout.

I've lived in buildings all over the world, and this is my favorite by far. The management and staff are wonderful and responsive. At the front desk, Jerome, Raini, and Nelson are attentive and efficient, and above all kind to our family and the other residents. The Radian is in an excellent location and is one of Boston's best buildings. I'd highly recommend it.
