The common area restrooms often had no hand soap, and there was no professional cleaning staff on site. I found built-in trash bins under the kitchen cabinets, and the ice from the refrigerator sometimes came out greenish. At times, other people's waste came up through the toilet. There was no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom, only warm. The concierge staff may seem polite at first, but I felt they were there for management rather than residents. They’d hassle you about packages, elevator use, or other things. The general manager accused me of crimes I never committed to get his way. The building also felt at risk of eventually collapsing because of poor management and negligent maintenance. Stay healthy and safe, and stay away from Related Management/Related Rentals. Thank you.

I toured a rental listed at $8,000 a month in 3D and came away disappointed. The bathroom vanities looked like the same particle board ones my husband has installed in $1,200 a month homes, and the bathroom lights looked outdated. I may be wrong, but the tour also gave the impression of cheap hollow doors throughout, plus old-fashioned switch plates and tile edges that weren’t sealed or caulked. For that price, I expected much more luxury and attention to detail.

I’ve enjoyed living here. There are issues you get with an apartment complex, but the on-site team has always been helpful. The staff at the door are amazing and friendly.

My scooter was stolen from the bike rack out front this evening. The thieves used bolt cutters. This isn’t a review of the arlington appts, but if anyone has suggestions besides contacting the police, please let me know.
