Springhill Suites Seattle Bothell

Breakfast was so generous that we couldn't finish it. We stayed with a group and found the management and front desk team friendly and helpful the whole time. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe, which made the visit comfortable. Rooms are roomy, and the microwave and fridge in each one were handy. The beds are on the firm side, which honestly suited anyone with back issues. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

Being an IHG member really counts here. We got a welcome bag at check-in, the option of a late checkout, and complimentary hot chocolate chip cookies. The parking lot was well lit and had designated member parking. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, while the common areas and overall design were beautiful. Staff were welcoming and professional, and the bar and dining options were just what we needed. It reminded me of an older style of hotel where the staff took pride in their work and the place felt special. This is our go-to when we're exploring Seattle's north Eastside, and we've already planned two more visits in the next couple of months.

Chef Hugo made one of the best omelets I've ever tasted, then came by himself to check that we were happy with it. He clearly takes pride in his cooking. Yoli was equally impressive, friendly and attentive, with top-notch service. That kind of care isn't always there when you're using a breakfast voucher. I highly recommend breakfast at the hotel.

The staff were exceptional, though the rooms and pool could have been cleaner. There were only two towels for me and my two children. Names had also been etched into the white pool tiles beside the depth markings.
