The room I was given at first hadn't been cleaned, even though I'd booked a king with a whirlpool. The evening staff member moved me to a clean room quickly, but it had two beds instead and no whirlpool. Carrie, the manager, gave me a nice discount at checkout and said she'd arrange the whirlpool room next time. If I come back through, I hope I can update this to five stars.

The people in the room above us kept stomping, jumping off the beds, and shifting furniture from 10 PM until after midnight. We went to the front desk, and it only got worse. The night before, smoke from the room next door had been coming into ours, where our kids were, starting at 6:30 AM and getting stronger. We won't stay here on our next trip to BOTTINEAU.

The rooms were quiet and really clean, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good too.

We had a great time here. My family booked five rooms for two days, and the hotel was easy to get to local activities, parks, and restaurants. The public spaces and rooms were spotless, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had good choices, and the lounge was open most evenings. One small thing we all noticed: the shower heads could use a vinegar soak so they spray straight instead of getting clogged. Otherwise, a great stay.

We booked a weekend away for the winter park, and they were very accommodating when we decided to cancel the second night. The room was clean, everything worked, and I really appreciated the full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, especially with my long, thick hair. The location was easy to find and get to. I'd stay again and recommend it to other weekend visitors.
