Being right in the heart of Boulder City made it easy to wander around. The staff were wonderfully polite and accommodating, and our room was clean with everything we needed. Still, not a single floor seemed level, from the walkways to the room and even the bathtub. Several people we were traveling with had the same trouble sleeping because the beds were much too hard. The rooms also had different smells, some like mold, including the ADA room, and some like someone was covering cigarette smoke. My room was fine, though. For a small-town motel, the room was about what you'd expect, and we had a good stay overall.

The breakfast was phenomenal, and the attendant I met clearly took a lot of pride in her work. The hotel is also an easy walk from restaurants and grocery stores. The indoor pool looked nice, but it was full of screaming kids. Oddly, they all got into a car and left when the pool closed, and never came back. This was a typical Best Western stay: cheap, decent rooms, but no sound insulation. Our door opens to the outside, and the deadbolt was jammed inside the door so it wouldn't work. I stayed January 24, 2026.

The dust and smell in the room kept me awake all night. Walking on the floor left my feet black from the dirt, and the place had a strong dusty odor. The cleanliness was very poor. It was honestly the worst hotel stay of my life, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Vincent was the star of the visit. On Christmas morning he kept the breakfast area stocked and made sure tables were cleared and clean as soon as people left. The spread was delicious, with waffles, eggs, link sausage, and biscuits and gravy. Thanks, Vincent, you and your breakfast ROCK! We visited on Christmas Eve, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Check-in went smoothly, the room was clean, and the amenities were just right.

We had no complaints and would absolutely recommend this place. The staff were exceptional and so loving with our animals. Our room was quiet and clean, apart from the floor, and breakfast is available in the morning. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. It's hard to imagine finding parking for a giant moving truck with a car carrier inside this quaint little city center, but this hotel has it.
