A quiet retro motel that's been updated, with clean rooms and easy access to the highway and a few trendy restaurants. It's a much cheaper stopover than Vegas hotels once you factor in all those resort fees. The staff were excellent and honest. I left something behind, and they went out of their way to get it back to me. Brandi is the best!!!

Sands Motel of Boulder City Nevada has a convenient location, and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable for a very decent price. The owners are awesome, and it's pet friendly too. I really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend Sands Motel!

I've stayed here twice. The deluxe room has two double beds and a separate extra room with a fridge and more shelves, which is nice for having extra space. There are a few room types. The floors have low-pile carpet, which I prefer to motel tile floors. Several restaurants are within walking distance.

The room was quiet even though it faced a main road, and it was spacious and clean. We had a great stay, especially for the value, and it's close to Hoover Dam.

Room 1 was tiny, but clean. I booked for two nights, then saw cockroaches, packed up, and moved to another hotel.
