Boulder Marriott

January 2025: I spent three nights here and had a good stay. I was upgraded to a larger room, which was nice. As a platinum bonvoy member, I could use the executive lounge. One evening I had chicken wings and egg rolls as a snack. There wasn’t beer or wine at happy hour, but there is a bar on site. The bed and pillows were both very comfortable, and I slept pretty well. Friendly service, and I’d stay here again.

Olivia at the front desk made my visit even better. She was kind, welcoming, and very helpful with everything I needed, with a friendly manner and a real knack for making guests feel at home. The Marriott in Boulder, CO, had a beautiful, luxurious atmosphere, elegant and comfortable, and felt thoughtfully designed. I had an exceptional experience from start to finish and highly recommend it.

The Boulder Marriott has been around for a while as Boulder has grown, and it remains one of the city’s leading hotel choices. The property has been renovated and updated over time, and continues to be a strong option. Its service and amenities are thoughtfully put together without feeling fussy or complicated. The location is convenient for getting around by car or on foot. Customer-facing staff are consistently friendly and focused on service, too many to name. Every interaction I’ve had with the front desk has been efficient and led to a good outcome.

There’s underground garage parking, and the food was hot and delicious. We had a confusing issue with our food credits when checking out. On arrival, we were told the meal was free, but the next morning staff couldn’t find the credits we’d already paid for. They eventually gave us cards for $10/person in food credits. Michael at the bar kindly comped the meals because we’d been told something different. Shout-out to Michael, whose service alone would bring me back to this hotel.
