The price was right, and the room was clean, but there wasn't much space around the double beds. The refrigerator was a good size, though the microwave looked a bit old. Showering was unpleasant with the water running cold and the hot water cutting in and out at low pressure, especially with it 20 degrees outside. We booked for four guests but weren't given enough towels. Outside, there were holes in the ceiling over our room, and the gravel on the floor needed sweeping so no one would trip.

I was in a bind and needed a place to stay with my kids. Red Roof came through with really great service. The receptionists were warm and welcoming, maintenance was handy, and housekeeping was lovely and on top of things. I'd recommend it.

For an overnight stop on our 11-hour trip up to Wisconsin, this was the right size room and a reasonable price. Shannon at the front desk was fantastic, very welcoming and easy to talk to. Breakfast is free in the morning, so for what we paid, I've got no complaints.

The lobby had a festive Christmas feel, and I liked the little cafe they'd set up around the bar and slot machines. Our room was clean, and it looks like they've been adding some nice features while updating an older building. Khalil kindly worked with us on a mix-up with our dates, and the warm welcome made the stay a pleasant surprise. Thanks for making it a great place to stay.

The room key gave me some trouble, but the staff went out of their way to help and make things right. Everyone I dealt with was genuinely nice, from the people on the phone to the managers, front desk staff, and the maintenance man, Mike. Some of the friendliest service I've come across, and the prices were the best I've ever found. Thanks for being so kind. I'll definitely stay again next time I'm in town.
