This deserves zero stars. It was one of the worst hotel stays I've had. The staff were rude, horrible, and no help at all. Whenever I asked something, they made me feel like an inconvenience instead of a guest. The pool schedule made no sense and was so inconvenient that enjoying it during normal hours seemed impossible. Guests staying fewer than three days are limited to three towels, which was frustrating and ridiculous. There was also an incident with someone trying to pick a fight, making the place feel uncomfortable and less welcoming. Terrible customer service and frustrating policies made the whole stay disappointing. Marriott Company should be ashamed to have this hotel as part of there company. I won't recommend it or ever come back.
