Embassy Suites by Hilton Bowling Green

With five of us, three kids, two adults, and our two golden retrievers, Embassy Suites worked perfectly when we lost power and needed somewhere warm for a few days. The indoor pool was great for the kids, and the hotel was truly dog friendly, unlike some places that claim to be. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast, coffee and hot chocolate, and happy hour. We'd stay again if we get the chance.

The rooms were beautiful, breakfast was great, and the location and customer service were excellent. The staff who helped with our corporate event did a great job, but the meeting room AV equipment needs attention. The audio was overmodulated, silent on one side, and the handheld microphones weren't mixed evenly; the red mic was hot even eight inches from the speaker. The screens wouldn't sync the video, and one projected the image too large, cutting off presentation text. This is an infrastructure problem the hotel needs to fix. I'd happily come back with family for leisure, but for corporate events we'd need to go elsewhere unless the AV issues are corrected. The team and service were excellent.

My mother and I were in town for my surgery early Friday morning, and we spent Thursday night here. The place was beautiful, and our room was immaculate and relaxing. The customer service reps were very professional, and I had a great stay. I slept like a baby despite having major neck surgery the next day. I'd highly recommend it and would stay again.

We needed somewhere to stay while passing through, and the room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and organized. A great hotel, and we'll stay again if we're passing through.
