Super 8 Bowling Green South

Truck parking out back was my main concern, and they had it. The room was clean and utilitarian, with a nice fresh bathroom and shower, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was free, though the food was minimal and old, a bit stale. The coffee was just fine, and they even had real butter and fresh apples. I'd definitely come back.

We enjoyed the first two nights so much that we had to add another. From booking online to checking in and getting into the room, everything went well. The customer service was great, and the room and bathroom were very clean and cozy. One of the best priced, clean, cozy motels I've stayed at in a long time.

I stayed here a few years back and it wasn't bad, so I booked again. Big mistake. The room was horrible, with multiple roaches that I got rid of. If I'd found somewhere else, I would've left. When I got home, I was scared to bring my stuff inside in case I carried some kind of infestation into my place. Apart from check-in, the staff weren't friendly at all. I don't recommend this place and won't book here again.

The people who helped me book and check in were SO KIND, and none of my complaints are about them. The room itself was extremely dirty: trash from previous guests, dirt in the bed, stains on the blanket, and human hairs all over the bathroom sink area. It smelled musty, and the floors felt nasty and almost wet, so I wouldn't let my two boys walk on them. The only good thing was check-out. The quality was very poor. I don't expect a luxury experience from a Super 8, but I did expect a clean room. This was incredibly off-putting, and I wanted to leave as soon as possible.
