Bay Breeze Inn Bradenton Downtown

I checked out immediately because the room was a health hazard, and the front desk had already denied my refund request. There was visible blood on the bedding, extensive active mold across the ceiling that created a respiratory hazard, significant wood rot and water damage around the door frames and strike plate, and visible grime on the floors and curtains. These conditions made the room uninhabitable and, in my view, breached the contract. I'm requesting that the full amount be credited back to my Visa. If this isn't resolved promptly, I'll dispute the charge with my bank and report the health code violations to the Manatee County Health Department. This is a formal refund request regarding confirmation #5449557894 at Bay Breeze Inn Bradenton Downtown.

I couldn't stay with the dirty towels, sheets, and comforters, so I drove an hour home. There was nobody working at night who could give me clean ones, and by the time I saw the condition of everything, I was ready to leave. A group of homeless people sat outside my window until 4 AM, too. The owner refused a refund, so I'm disputing the charges. This place is disgusting, a dump. Don't stay here.

The front desk man was rude and unpleasant, and the room was dirty. The sheets were stained, the towels smelled bad, the bathroom wasn't clean, and the air conditioning didn't work. It was the worst hotel stay of my life. I'd never come back or recommend it to anyone.

The walls were paper thin, and the mattress was old, sagged in the middle, and had dingy, dirty sheets on it. The pillows were so flat and worn that I bought two of the cheapest ones at Walmart for $3 each, and they were at least ten times better. There wasn't even a roll of toilet paper in the room when I arrived. This was definitely my first and last stay.
