After checkout, my deposit wasn’t fully returned, and I was charged an “excessive cleaning fee” even though I’d left the room clean and in normal condition. I raised the issue but the charge stayed. There were also upgrade-related fees that hadn’t been clearly explained in advance, so the final bill was much higher than I expected. Guests should take photos at checkout and review the final statement carefully before leaving. More transparent billing and clearer communication would help build trust.

+Clean+, quiet spot with gated private parking, so my fiancée felt really safe even after dark. Check-in was fun and sweet, and the owners went out of their way to return my deposit to my card. I’d frozen my credit/debit card, so she reached out to let me know the return was being rejected. I unlocked it and, viola! For the price, 6/5 stars. We’ll return. Thanks!

I had a bad first impression after one night in a non-smoking room. It was dusty, felt dirty and small, and had dust cakes on the TV. Renting a smoking king room for a week has been great, though. It’s pretty clean, my Xbox is connected, and the WiFi isn’t bad. The room smelled better and was cleaner than the non-smoking one, lol. The blonde lady at the front desk was much easier to work with than the foreign lady, though I did make things difficult for her with the deposit. If you can tolerate smoke smells, I recommend getting a smoking room. Those king rooms are much better.

This is my eighth time coming back, and I’ve never had a complaint. The staff is available 24 seven, professional, and polite, while the rooms are above average. Rates are extremely low for the experience. Definitely a thumbs up.
