The hotel gave me only a $100 credit after I paid $283, and they didn’t take full responsibility for the unsafe conditions. I was in Room 238, where there was an active roach problem: I found one alive on my pillow while I was asleep, then another crawled out of my grandbaby’s bag the next morning as I loaded it into my vehicle. This is a serious sanitation and health hazard, especially with an infant’s belongings and bedding involved. Guests should know there are active pest issues here. I urge management and corporate to address this immediately so another family doesn’t go through the same thing.

We’d recommend this Quality Inn for its friendly service, accommodations, and affordable price. The staff were extremely helpful, answered all our questions, and took care of any concerns. They even helped us use the computer to print our boarding passes.

Parking our truck right by the room door was handy, and the free breakfast had eggs, sausage, and really tasty hot coffee. The room was super clean and quiet, with cold 🥶 air, a comfy bed, and pillows that weren’t like concrete blocks. We slept great. There were plenty of TV channels too, which was a real plus after the last place we stayed. Perfect overnight stop, definitely recommend 💯 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

At 11pm, while traveling near the airport, I went in to book a room and was told they wouldn’t take my credit or debit card. They wanted a $150 cash deposit. I offered to have the $150 hold put on one of my cards, but the woman refused and got an attitude. She said I couldn’t stay without the cash. Since I was traveling, I had no way to get it, so I asked if I could wait in the lobby for five minutes until my Uber arrived. She said I couldn’t wait there and had to leave the property right away. I stay in hotels almost all year and have never been asked for a $150 cash deposit that they wouldn’t charge to a card. It seemed fishy to me. Telling someone they can’t wait five minutes in the lobby for an Uber is crazy. I’d suggest taking your money elsewhere.
