The Londoner Bed & Breakfast

It had been years since we’d stayed at a bed and breakfast, and trying this one was a great choice. Jane was accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected. The house was clean, and the shared spaces and bedrooms both showed a lot of attention to detail. We especially enjoyed the food and conversation at breakfast each day. You can tell Jane and the staff care about what they do. We’d highly recommend The Londoner to anyone visiting the Bradenton/Sarasota area.

Jane and Jay were wonderful hosts for our 39th wedding anniversary stay. It was quiet at night, and our third-floor room had its own bathroom and a mini fridge. The place was clean and well kept, and the breakfast was delicious. We could walk to lots of restaurants, and the river walk was just steps away. Jane also kept fresh brownies, candy, and water in the fridge for snacks. A relaxing place to stay.

We booked directly through their easy-to-use website for a weekend in town for my best friend’s wedding at the Baker's Ranch. The Londoner is quaint and charming, and Jane and Jay were the sweetest hosts. We got in late, but they’d left everything explained in a letter. The room was quiet and clean, the linens were soft, and the bed was comfortable. We felt at home right away. We slept through breakfast on the first morning, but had it the next day and loved it, better than a restaurant. This stay has made us want to try more B&Bs. Thanks, Jane and Jay!

The room was spectacular, especially the comfy bedding, and breakfast was delicious and filling. Jane and Jay were so accommodating. Homemade chocolate chip cookies and chocolate on every floor made an already lovely stay even better. I’d give this bed and breakfast 10 stars if I could. Thanks so much, Jane and Jay. We’re planning to come back in October for our anniversary.
