The staff were pleasant and helpful, and both the laundry room and gym were clean and nice. Our room was clean too, and the bed was comfortable. Just bring any cooking supplies you’ll need, since they don’t provide them. I’d recommend staying here.

The front desk staff were accommodating, but the hotel left me with a bad impression. The floor felt very gritty even though the room looked clean at first. There were no hangers or hair dryer, so I had to ask for both. When I requested a dryer, they gave me one and explained they don’t leave them in rooms because guests often take them. We would have left if we could have gotten a refund.

The location is really convenient, with gas stations, restaurants, and stores close by and the highway nearby for travel. I’ve been staying here with my husband for a while, and the staff are a big reason we keep coming back. Johnny, Yadira, Ivanna, and Andy are always friendly and attentive. It’s dog-friendly too, so I’ve met so many furry guests that I’m in cuteness overload. I also feel secure here because staff step in promptly and safely when guests break the rules, and they take good care of the property. Our first room was spotless, with a like-new stovetop and a full-sized fridge. After about a month, we had a bathroom problem, but they quickly moved us to another room at no extra cost and fixed the issue without hesitation. I appreciated how smoothly that was handled. I’d recommend the hotel for a night, a few weeks, or even months. The staff, rooms, and some of the fellow guests make it feel like a home away from home.

We rented a two-bedroom room for three nights in January 2026, and the facilities were poorly maintained. In the first room, the sink barely had any water pressure, and rusty water came from the tub. I asked for another room, and the hotel agent said she’d check it first. The sink had the same weak pressure there, though the tub water wasn’t rusty. The bathroom sink then flooded the floor through the drain, and the toilet flush handle was coming off. I reported both issues, and the manager sent maintenance to fix them. There were only two bath towels and two washcloths, with no hand towels. The manager told me they don’t provide hand towels. I later asked for two more bath towels, and was told they’d be sent up, but they never arrived. After two days, we asked for fresh towels. The manager on duty seemed reluctant, then said we had to exchange the dirty ones. When we brought them down, he asked why we needed replacements, so we had to explain that the towels were still wet as well as dirty. There’s no house phone in the room, so each time we had to go to the first floor to reach the manager on duty. The check-in desk was often closed, leaving no one available to help guests. There are no amenities, and this is only a minimal place to sleep. This place is bad.

The night attendant at check-in was doing the best she could, especially with a guest passed out drunk in the hallway in full view of the front desk. The room we booked was the last one available on the app, but when we got there, it hadn’t been cleaned at all. That really hurt the stay. The location is the best thing about the place, if you have transportation and need to be close to where you’re going. It’s not a bad option if everything else is sold out, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here when a better place is available.
