Sheraton Braintree

We held a wonderful Wedding Brunch in the hotel’s event rooms, and the staff did a great job with the food and setup. Catering prepared, organized, and displayed the meal in one room, while guests could eat, sit, and socialize in another. Lin, the Executive Event Manager, and Camille, the Sales Director, handled the many details and logistics with professionalism, kindness, and care. They repeatedly researched options and worked to find the best setup for guest comfort. Lin brought care, knowledge, and a friendly touch to every interaction, and worked hard on the layout, menu variety, and decoration ideas. Our guests who stayed at the Hyatt/ Boston/Braintree were also treated very well by the helpful, friendly staff. I can’t say enough about the service and event planning, and highly recommend the venue.

I was in town on business from another state, and this was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Nicole at front desk reception was patient and professional while sorting out my check-in issues with my district manager, even though she had to deal with them multiple times. She stayed calm and got it all figured out. In the morning, Moo was attentive at breakfast, sweet, very clean, and helpful. I couldn’t believe they had an orange juice juicer, so amazinggggggg! The staff and location were both great.

We arrived after midnight and the front desk team greeted us with smiles. They left a great impression, and I’d definitely come back. The location is great, with lots of food options and shops nearby, plus easy access to highways. The only downside was the bathroom. It hadn’t been cleaned properly and was missing everything needed for a shower, no lotion, gel, or shampoo. After midnight, you just don’t feel like walking around to get supplies. That’s why I’m giving it four stars instead of five.

I’ve had good experiences at Hyatt Places and expect their brand standards, but this property went well beyond that. Latoya made check-in feel like I was at a Park Hyatt. While I waited, I watched how carefully, professionally, and warmly she looked after each guest ahead of me. She was just as thoughtful with me, and left a great impression. With so much automation these days, it stood out to meet someone who clearly cares about her work and her customers.
