Residence Inn Bridgewater Branchburg

The only thing that kept this from being a five-star stay was the itchy sofa bed mattress and wool blanket. Otherwise, the place was so clean, probably the cleanest inn I’ve stayed in. They had shower supplies too, which came in handy since we’d forgotten soap. The pool and gym were both nice, and towels were available by the pool. The man at the front desk was helpful and checked that we had what we needed. The outside looked amazingly beautiful when we first arrived. I’d recommend it.

Of all the places I’ve stayed, this was the best. The room was spotless, and everyone on staff was really friendly. I’d definitely come back.

I couldn’t sleep in room 223. A row of heat pumps right outside the window kept starting up and shutting off about every 15 minutes, and they were incredibly loud. I asked to move, but they brushed it off with, “We hear this for the first time.” The noise was awful, and the response was just as bad. Terrible design and service.

The rooms are roomy and clean, the staff are friendly, and breakfast is the usual basic spread. There’s plenty of parking, and the area is good. Just remember to bring your own USB plug, since the rooms don’t have any. It’s a good hotel.
