The staff were very accommodating, and the free breakfast buffet had a great range of choices. Our stay left us feeling comfortable and recharged. The room was clean, neat, and very spacious, with a kitchenette stocked with everything we needed. It was PWD-friendly too.

It was quiet and relaxing, with suites that all have fully stocked kitchenettes. The amenities were top notch, and breakfast had plenty of choices. Cleanliness was outstanding, though the staff, from housekeeping to the front desk, were even better. If you’re outside the immediate area, I’d make the extra trip. This hotel offers real comfort and quality.

Breakfast was fine, though nothing to get excited about. The rest of our stay was a pleasure, with no issues at all. Our room looked like new and had no deficiencies. They recognized our PLATINUM ELITE status and moved us to a larger room. Staff were accommodating and even anticipated our needs, so the extra towels we asked for were already in the room.

Housekeeping came into our room without knocking while my boyfriend and I were both naked and asleep on top of the covers. We had requested late checkout from the gentleman at the desk that morning, a few hours before the usual checkout time, and he said we could stay until 1 p.m. I put up the do not disturb sign and went back to sleep. A couple of hours later, this happened. It was a complete invasion of our privacy and the most embarrassing thing I’ve experienced at a hotel. I told the same gentleman who had extended our stay. He apologized and said he’d talk to the housekeeper, but offered no compensation, partial refund, upgrade, or anything. I’m a dedicated Marriott member, which makes this especially upsetting.
