The woman at the front desk was pleasant and always smiling, and I liked having a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The location is handy for shops, restaurants, and the highway, and the place was clean, though very outdated. I booked at the last minute, so it was what it was. Parking seemed limited, unless I missed a lot in back, and finding space could be tough if your group has more than one car. Noise was an issue. The walls are thin enough that you can hear conversations next door, and doors closing made my bed shake. I was on the ground floor with very loud guests above me, so light sleepers should bring earplugs. The bed was very hard and worn, and I could feel the springs, but it was okay for one night. There was a garden outside my window, but I kept the drapes closed because I didn't want a gardener peeking in. For the price, you get what you pay for, and I'd stay again just for the location.

The owner was friendly and really helpful, and our clean, quiet room had plenty of space. The fridge and AC both worked well. It suited our needs, and we'd happily stay again if we're in the area.

The person who checked us in was very friendly, and the price was budget friendly. The location was phenomenal, right off the highway, which made it easy to get going. I did take off one star because breakfast was listed, but it hasn't been offered since covid.

We come here often when we leave New York City for the beautiful CT coastal beaches. The price works for us, and the location is good. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's good value and has what we need: spotlessly clean rooms with a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and small desk/table, plus free WiFi. Dinu, the owner, is a great guy who goes out of his way to make sure you have what you need.
