Ball Parks Inn

The gentleman at the front desk is so kind and helpful. Our room is clean, the beds are comfy, and the location is awesome. We’re really enjoying our stay and would definitely come back!

There’s no ice for guests and no soda or snack machines. The manager, Damon, is very rude, and in my experience he’s often high or drunk. He’s friendly at first, wanting to be everybody’s buddy, then calls group meetings with customers for no reason and kicks people out if things don’t go his way. He’s out partying and drinking all night, and the office is rarely open during business hours. We tried to pay, but he’d been there all day and didn’t collect the money. Then they showed up late at night acting as if it was our responsibility to call them to pay. He didn’t know how to use the computer himself, so I don’t understand how he’s supposed to manage the place. I hope Garrett, the district manager, looks more closely at the staff. When we contacted Garrett about the manager banging on the door of the room we’d rented for a week, late at night and outside business hours, he told us to stop causing drama and go to bed. I’m very dissatisfied. The place is horribly run, and the owners seem not to care about this property, even though they own two other hotels in the area. I hope those are run better.

I spoke with the owner by phone today, and he was extremely nice. The prices are great, and they’ll accommodate our fur babies. I can’t wait for this new start. It begins here for us.

The two people at the front office were so nice, and the rooms were clean. The price was great, too. I’d definitely stay again.
