We spent four nights in cabin 11, and it was just right for my husband and me, with a lovely view. The pool is right outside the door, along with the fire pit and recreation area. We had a great time paddling and floating on the beautiful lake, and using the kayaks and paddleboards for free was a real bonus. The owners on site gave us friendly, personal service. At night, the cute dock swings were a perfect spot to have a drink. We absolutely loved Calm Waters and highly recommend it.

Chris took us on a fishing tour so my 7 year old could learn, and he was kind, patient, and knew his stuff. My son was thrilled to catch his first fish and about ten more. My 4 year old loved speeding along in the boat and reeled in her first fish, too. We had an amazing time at Calm Waters. The cabin was clean and comfortable, with a perfect view from the deck. The resort was peaceful, yet an easy drive from Branson. We’ll remember this stay forever.

Calm Waters is about 50 yards from the water and still close to the Branson strip. Captain Chris is a proven fishing guide, and we have the photos and fish to show for it. He and his crew have hospitality down, keeping the resort clean, organized, welcoming, and attentive to even the small details. This was our third trip, and like us, you’ll probably be planning another one soon after you arrive. You won’t regret staying there.

The owners are always on site, and it was easy to communicate with them. Captain Chris knew the lake and the fishing spots really well. We stayed four nights for a fishing trip, and the cabin was exceptionally clean. I’ve tried several places on Indian Point, but this is my go-to from now on. I’d definitely return.

The cabin was cute and cozy, and I really enjoyed the rental boat. I can’t wait to visit again and stay a few days longer. Next time I’m bringing my bass boat!!!!
