Compton Ridge Resort

The rooms are a great size, updated, and an amazing deal for the price. We had a great view from the back decks. It's right across from Billy Gail’s and just down the road from Silver Dollar city. We'll definitely come back.

One of the nicest touches at Compton Ridge RV Park was the gazebo at the site. It gave us a shaded place to eat, sit outside, or just relax, and made the campsite feel like our own little retreat. The pool was another highlight, crystal clear and refreshing after a day exploring. The whole park, from the restrooms to the campsites, was spotless and well maintained. We loved our stay and will definitely return. I'd highly recommend Compton Ridge to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, relaxing RV park.

I’m staying here long term, and this is the best place I’ve found for a fairly reasonable price. The location is excellent, the bathrooms are good, and management is great.

The sites have full hookups and fire pits, and there’s laundry on the grounds. Silver Dollar City is only a mile away, and across the street there’s a really good restaurant with giant pancakes and very good food. The pool stays open after Labor Day, with hours of 9am-10pm Monday through Thursday and 9am-11pm Friday and Saturday, which was great. Our stay was great apart from the people at site 7 next to us. The owners may want to check on those permanent residents. Dog mess was left all around their site, trash was piled by the camper, and there were abandoned pet carriers and cigarette butts scattered around.
