Room 2023 was right by the pool, which could work well for families with kids who want their own space. You can watch the pool from the room, but there's plenty of noise, so I wouldn't choose it for a couple or older guests. The blinds need attention too. Even shut, you could see into the room from the pool area after dark. The pool itself looks great, and they've put work into updating the outside. The rooms are worn and dated, but the price is good if you don't mind that. It could suit baseball or dance teams, youth groups, or families who need room for kids to hang out without worrying about spills or the furniture. I can see why the rating is what it is, despite how appealing the photos looked. If you're after more than a budget stay with a nice pool, this isn't the place.

Having a separate kitchen and living room in our one-bedroom unit made a big difference with our toddler. We could put them to bed without having to turn in ourselves. There was a washer and dryer in the room, and the pool was decent. Mini golf was fine too. It all worked well for our young family.

We visited in Oct 2025, and the location was the only real plus. The place was run down, with a battered sofa, a broken coffee maker, a nasty toaster, just one hanger, missing silverware, and rough carpet. There was also a slight odor, and the door lock gave us trouble every time. It's very outdated, and there are plenty of better places in Branson.

The staff were amazing, but as an RCI timeshare guest I was put in a disappointing room. There are two residential buildings, one with nicer rooms and amenities and another with only the basics. Mine had missing dishes and yellow light bulbs, plus 33 in TVs. After walking on the carpet for about half an hour and then showering, the bottoms of my feet were disturbingly dirty. If you're swapping timeshare points through RCI, DO NOT STAY HERE.
