The place keeps getting worse, and they seem more concerned about your car than the property. The curb appeal is appalling, the gate has been malfunctioning for a month and is now stuck open, and the back is wide open to neighboring private properties with no fence. We’ve had trouble with do-no-goods around. The neighbor has turned the ground into a personal ashtray and nothing has been done. There’s also what looks like an illegal construction dump site at the end of the property, with rebar, and the sidewalk is crumbling without repairs in sight. Great environment for kids, right? Avoid this place unless you want chest pains.

We liked the clean, comfortable place and its slightly country, upscale feel, and we’ll probably return. It was spring break, but our surroundings were quieter than those of our neighbors. Still, more soundproofing or some white noise would help.

Our entrance is between Spinnaker’s two locations on Blue Meadows Road/Dakota Road, off Gretna Road/165. This is a lovely, quiet, private gated condo community among the trees, just a few blocks from the Branson strip. We don’t offer nightly, weekly, or monthly rentals here, so please don’t confuse us with Palace View by Spinnaker, the vacation community on both sides of Palace View Place Condominiums.

The AC quit in our original room when it was over 100 degrees, so they moved us to a nice suite. Unfortunately, it was on the first floor and people above us kept us awake all night, every night for five days. Our complaints weren’t handled.
