We had a blast at the " Tiki Bar" area on our first visit. Tyler was an amazing bartender, and everyone on staff was welcoming to our whole family. We brought our 11-year-old without realizing the " kid" pool wasn’t open, but they let him and the other kids use the "adult" pool. We were there early Sunday afternoon, and my son loved the pulled pork nachos. By 3 pm it was getting busy and gearing up for the nightlife. I can see why people call this a " Must Visit" spot.

Kristen did a fantastic job serving us. She checked that we had everything we needed without interrupting our conversations, and she was very polite and made eye contact. Definitely a great experience!

We asked for a ground-level room without stairs when we booked, but were given stairs instead. The room was small, had no closet space, and only one trash can. We were told there’d be a swimming pool and a gym, but neither was there. We were lied to about all of it.

The location was great, and we liked the Tiki Bar and infinity pool. It was a bit too crowded and noisy for us, though it might suit younger people better. Parking was challenging at times, lol.
