I should’ve paid attention to the reviews. We were charged 190 for one night, and the shower didn’t work. The sheets were filthy, covered in hair and awful stains, and clearly hadn’t been changed. We left. I don’t care if we have to pay a little more, but what’s the point if you can’t sleep in the bed? We don’t want to sleep in someone else’s filth.

The first room we were given smelled of smoke and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. They moved us, but the next room had stained sheets, a filthy carpet, and an AC that couldn’t cool it below about 80 degrees. We only booked here because our online reservation elsewhere was overbooked and we needed somewhere quickly. We won’t be staying again.

I paid $180 for one night, which is unbelievable for a place this disgusting. It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I can’t imagine why it hasn’t been demolished.

The front desk guy was helpful and friendly, and the pool was in good working order. The location worked well too, near plenty of restaurants and just up the road from the Butterfly Palace. The room itself was pretty basic, though. There wasn’t a fridge or microwave, which was a bit of a letdown, but not a huge deal for the price compared with other places in Branson.

We came to Branson at the last minute when everywhere else was full, and got the final room here. The bed and shower were okay, but the floor looked like it had never been mopped. It was disgusting. This place needs a serious upgrade if it’s going to stay open in Branson.
