Wyndham Branson at The Falls

We spent the evening at the bar at Chateau on the Lake, and Rachell took great care of us. She was friendly and attentive, and made sure the drinks were just right. The food was excellent and came out quickly, which was a nice surprise. Great atmosphere, good food and drinks, and wonderful service made the visit memorable. We’ll be back, and I’d recommend stopping by the bar. Thanks, Rachell, for a really enjoyable evening!

We went to the Chateau Grille for our 26th anniversary and sat outside. The view was spectacular, and luckily the weather was perfect. The food tasted pretty good, though I can’t say the $72 filet felt worth the price. Our server, Mrs. Rachell, was so sweet and really on top of everything. Would I return? For what we spent, it’d have to be a special occasion, and I’d probably skip the filet.

Ben was the person who kept this trip from becoming a complete wreck. He listened to our concerns, handled what he could, and later gave us helpful suggestions for things to do around Branson. The spa staff were wonderful too, and the whirlpool was spectacular. The spa treatment and kindness there helped us get back to enjoying what had started as a birthday surprise trip. The view when we arrived was amazing, and we’d chosen the resort for its indoor pool and hot tub. But the room had hair all over the bathtub, and the first room’s air didn’t work. We also had no soap for handwashing, and messages requesting toilet paper and extra towels went unanswered. Ben arranged a new room and told us the pool should reopen within 24 hours, but we later found it closed with a maintenance sign. The next morning he let us know it would stay out of order for the rest of our visit and suggested local activities instead. He asked about our stay and recommended some of the best things in Branson. A blonde supervisor he contacted only took our last name, didn’t introduce herself or really address the problem, and we never heard from her again. There were several smaller inconveniences, but the care from the employees, especially Ben and the spa team, made a real difference.

Rachell was fantastic at the restaurant. She knew the menu well and had great suggestions for food and things to do at the hotel and around the community. She was sweet and engaged with my kids, my wife, and me. She’s a real asset to the company, and I hope we see her again next trip.
