The room was loaded with bed bugs, so I couldn’t stay overnight, and they offered no refund. They advertise a free Continental breakfast, but there was no coffee, napkins, water, muffins, or butter. There was nothing at all, not even a cup of water. The room had no cups or napkins either.

This was a nightmare of a place. There was blood splattered on the walls, mold in the shower, holes in the wall stuffed with tissue, and a nasty beanie covering the smoke detector. The towels and sheets were dirty. We turned around and left, then got a refund from Expedia. If you want to risk hep c and bed bugs, or feel like you’re in an episode of 20/20, this is the place. The most disgusting place I’ve ever stepped into.

I thought the worst hotel I’d been in was a dive outside Scranton, PA, but this place was worse. There were no towels or soap in the bathroom. The room looked like someone had raided it years ago and left the roaches behind. The desk clerk could barely be bothered. Just gross.

The room reeked of weed despite being listed as non-smoking. The deadbolt was broken, holes in the wall were filled with paper towel, and there was blood on the wall and bed sheets. There was no smoke detector, TV remote, or phone in the room, and the bathroom had holes and a dirty, grimy tub. The front desk looked nothing like the picture and was filthy. I should have taken that as a warning. I booked through priceline because the price was low. When I asked about the room, the man said we’d booked the cheapest one and blamed me, saying there were no other rooms. We packed to find another hotel. Before leaving, I asked the front desk for a refund, but he saw me and left, never to come back. I waited 15 minutes, then left and took the loss. I’ll be writing to corporate to complain about this location. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!
