Breckenridge Resort Managers

We’ve now stayed with Breckenridge Resort Managers twice, and we’re already looking forward to planning a third trip next year. The condo we stayed in is a gem, within walking distance of the gondola and all our favorite restaurants, and the hot tub is a great bonus. The owner and management company have always been quick to respond, and we appreciate how they look after returning guests. Thanks again!

Breckenridge Resort Managers were wonderful to work with, with great communication and lots of help. Last year we had a horrible stay with a different management company, so this was a welcome change. At Tannenbaum by the River, the condo worked perfectly for our family of six, with plenty of sleeping space and a fully stocked kitchen. It’s close to Peak 9 and Main Street. We had the best time and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Check-in was simple, with clear instructions that made the whole process low stress. The company was nice and easy to reach by text if we needed anything. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed, including a great kitchen and a handy BBQ. We had a good experience and I’d definitely rent from this company again.

We’ve stayed here for a second year and would happily come back again. The house is gorgeous, with lovely views and plenty of space for our family to relax. It’s well kept and about 10 minutes from Main Street. Check-in was frustrating, though: at 4pm staff were still getting the place ready after we’d had a long day of travel, and they forgot to leave the key, so someone had to come back and drop it off.
