Grand Lodge Peak 7 - Condo

There's a lot to make a stay comfortable here: onsite laundry, a free shuttle to town and nearby resorts, a restaurant, movie theaters, a gym, a shop, and equipment lockers. It's a ski resort, and there's also a ski lift onsite, though it was closed when we visited. Housekeeping isn't daily, but for our weeklong stay we did get a midweek cleaning. We came in December and had a really great experience, starting with help arranging transport before arrival and continuing with useful information and assistance onsite. Our regular suite was comfortable for three, with a living room and pullout couch separate from the bedroom for privacy, plus a nice mini kitchen. The resort is high up, so plan for the altitude. We'd definitely stay again.

The location is great, but service is horrible, the rooms are outdated, and the owners team gives some of the worst customer service you'll experience. We can't wait until we're done with this timeshare. At best, it's a two-star resort with one-star service.

The setting is gorgeous, and the place is kept very clean and well maintained. I love the indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and the gas grills outside near the tubs are ready to use. There's a lot to do, including e-bikes, hiking, road and mountain biking, and fishing. Just an amazing place.

My daughter suggested Grand Lodge on Peak 7 after staying there on an earlier Breckenridge trip, and it turned out to be a wonderful Thanksgiving spot. My wife and I went with her, our son-in-law, and their two kids. The staff were great, especially the morning dining room crew where we ate breakfast every day. The pool was lots of fun, and thanks for having plenty of towels. Lynn was awesome leading the kids' activities and bingo. The main lodge room and cocktail bar were comfortable, the rooms were very good, and staff did a great job with daily service.
