Hotel Breckenridge

The room was just nasty. In the two-bed room, we got only one towel, the mattress was hard and springy, and the Styrofoam coffee cups were used, with obvious coffee stains. The toilet seat had sticky brownish liquid on it, and the floors were sticky too. I know it’s cheap, but have some sense of cleanliness and sanitation for your guests. It wasn’t worth the $90 we paid, and he wouldn’t honor the online price we had.

The owners were thoughtful about where they put us. Since we're older, the clerk gave us a room well away from the group of workers partying, and we weren't disturbed. It's a basic, clean motel.

You get what you pay for, so don't expect much. The room was cheap, but the bed was hard and I didn't sleep well. Bring your own pillows. The air conditioner barely worked, some furniture handles were missing, and the place wasn't very clean. There were smoking and non-smoking rooms, though the smoking room had no ashtray. When I was leaving after visiting a guest's room, I could smell marijuana.

We asked twice to be put near our other family members and still got a room at the far opposite end of the hotel. Getting service took four rings of the bell. The room was filthy, with dirty towels and uncleaned tables and nightstands. The soap was so thin it was only enough for one handwash, and the bed was the hardest I've ever slept on. A stick kept the window from opening. I won't come back or recommend this hotel.
