We own a condo and come up every winter. Getting to the skiing from here is amazingly convenient, and the pool and hot tub are kept at comfortable temperatures. This place is amazing. If you're in Breck, you have to stay here.

I've been coming here with my family on vacation since I was young, and we've stayed many times. You can walk everywhere from here since it's basically in the middle of town. The residents are really quiet. Amazing place!

I stayed in unit 216 last week and, despite some of the other reviews, had a good experience. The condo was a bit dated but clean, with two twin beds in one room, a queen in the other, a full kitchen, and a nice fireplace. The balcony view was awesome. It's an easy walk to town, the gondola, and the base of Four O'Clock Run. For the price, it's a no-brainer, and I'd stay again.

Scam! The advertised rate for my one-night stay was $169, but I was charged $369 at checkout. The invoice included a $200 cleaning fee for just one night, with a 4 p.m. check-in and 10 a.m. checkout. That fee is more than the room rate. They also wouldn't let me cancel without paying $150. BS.

Main Street was an easy walk away, and the hot tub was properly hot. Loved our stay!
