We’d happily stay at the Breck inn again. The room was quiet and comfortable, with soft pillows and a smart TV for relaxing with Netflix. Breakfast had thoughtful take-away PB&Js and granola bars for a day on the slopes. It was about an 11-minute walk into town, which was manageable even in ski boots.

The sustainability touches were nice, especially the aluminum cups instead of plastic, and the motel was clean with good toiletries. The location is its main plus. Our room had very thin walls, so there wasn’t much privacy, and there was no do-not-disturb sign or full-length mirror. The phone didn’t work either. Worst of all, the lock was broken and someone walked in without knocking. We told the front desk twice and got no help, so we asked again on our way out in the morning to have it fixed.

Javier at the front desk was so welcoming when he checked us in. The room was great, breakfast was good, and there’s a hot tub too. The Breck Inn is really cute. I’d recommend staying here!

After a night at Breck Inn, I had significant itching on my hands and body. It made me worry that the sheets or other linens hadn’t been properly cleaned or changed before I arrived. This really affected my comfort, and I hope management pays closer attention to housekeeping and hygiene so another guest doesn’t have the same experience.
