Once we were in the right room, we found that half the outlets didn't work and it was VERY WARM. Staff said they'd tell management and get back to us with a solution, but we never heard anything. We ended our stay a day early and asked about compensation. The front desk gave us a number, and the supervisor I spoke with said someone would call after she talked to the manager at the site. Nobody ever did. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. We were excited about our three-night stay, but things went wrong right away. At check-in, the attendants gave us the wrong room. When we pointed that out, they said we were mistaken and told us to try the keys on the room next door. If the keys opened multiple rooms, that was a BIG SECURITY ISSUE. We asked them to bring new keys promptly, but waited almost 15 minutes. We also told staff about our concerns, and were told management would be informed.

Unit 31 is handled by Vacasa. Traffic on the extremely busy street was very noisy and never let up. The living room and patio had no privacy, and you could get daylight only if you didn't mind feeling like you were in a fishbowl. The apartment smelled dirty, like wet dogs. The pillows had a terrible stench, so we covered them with extra bath towels. The area rugs, floors, and baseboards were filthy. I put the rugs in a closet, and our slippers got so dirty we threw them away. There was dog fur everywhere, which set off our allergies. WiFi was limited to two devices, a huge inconvenience even for just the two of us, and hard to imagine for six people. Management never fixed it after we reported the problem. They kept telling us to reset a router that was probably locked in the apartment's utility closet. The bathroom shower had mold, and the warped exterior building door never closed.
We were there from December 2 to December 7, and everything was 100%. We really enjoyed it and will definitely stay here again.
A great place, conveniently located for getting to town and the slopes.
Nice condo, close to the shops. The shuttles are a little slow.
