The communication was great, and the check-in directions were easy to follow. We loved this condo in downtown Breckinridge at the Sawmill Creek Condos and would definitely stay again. The location was perfect, and the deck would be lovely in warmer weather. We even saw the northern lights from it. The kitchen was well stocked, and the starter kits in the kitchen and bathrooms were much appreciated. Having humidifiers in the rooms was a bonus, too. The amenities were great.

We had such a good time here and will rent it again. The place was beautiful, furnished well, and the radiant floors kept it wonderfully warm. The hot tub was a blessing after a full day on the slopes. I’d recommend it to anyone, especially families of four or more. You’ve got a repeat customer for life! 👍🏼❄️😁

It was winter, with temperatures in the single digits and 6 to 14 inches of snow in Keystone, Co., but neither space heater worked and the loft heat wouldn’t turn on. The thermostat wouldn’t switch on either. See the photo of the wall thermostat turned off beside the heaters that weren’t heating. Luckily, we’d brought our own heater just in case. There was no usable closet in the downstairs bedroom, since both dark closet doors had deadbolts, and there was no dresser there either. We couldn’t open any of the closets, so we had to use the loft dresser and a makeshift place to hang clothes. Downstairs, the cloth sofa seemed much too close to the heater. See the photo. What do you think? The person I was texting about the snowstorm and closed roads said it wasn’t their problem and that checkout was at 10am. That was rude and uncalled for. This was my first time using your company, and I’ll never use you again. You only get one chance to make a first impression, and you’ve lost it.

My daughter and her family live in Denver, and we surprised her for her 40th birthday. It was fantastic. We had a wonderful stay at Kodi Lodge, and Great Western Lodging went beyond what we expected. Lisa and Kara were kind enough to arrange an early check-in, and the house was gorgeous. The views were lovely, every room was comfortable, and the details were spot on. The kitchen had everything I needed, right down to sharp knives. Goodbye, VRBO.

It’s an older place, but roomy and comfortable, and I’d come back. The hot tubs are across the street, while Main Street’s restaurants and shops are an easy walk away. We used Peak Express for airport pickup and drop-off, and they can bring you right to the front of the condo.
