The location is hard to beat: you can walk to town or the ski lifts, ski down 4'o clock trail, then walk half a block back at the end of the day. Riverwalk Center is an easy walk too, and that mix of access is rare in Breckenridge. The property also has community hot tubs, an outdoor pool, and on-site management. One thing to keep in mind is that units are individually owned, so furnishings and updates can vary even when a company manages the rental. Check the amenities and condition of the specific unit you book. We had a great stay for enjoying both the resort and town.

Parking was the biggest headache, with everyone competing for spaces, and it was especially tight over the holiday weekend. The cleaning could also be better. The maintenance and leasing staff were friendly and fairly quick to respond, but this AirBNB felt like weak value, just barely OK. The place has an 80s look, and getting up to the third floor is a winding climb that could be rough for flatlanders. There were few operating instructions, and the dishwasher only worked intermittently.

One of my best vacations in a long time.

The condo had plenty of space, and the main bed was really comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and the third-floor unit had vaulted ceilings, a master bedroom, plus another room with a regular bed and bunk beds. There were lots of chai pods but no coffee Keurig pods, which was a small letdown. Carrying luggage up all those stairs was quite a hike, though it was worth it in the end.
