The location is a genuine ski-in/ski-out spot on the Snowflake run and lift, which beats taking a shuttle or bus or finding and paying for parking. Just expect a lot of catwalks: one on Lower Sawmill before the Snowflake run, then two more on Snowflake before the home. Skiers and snowboarders may find their length and frequency frustrating. The townhome is worn from decades of use and no longer feels “luxurious.” The still photos don't show its current condition well. I'd suggest prospective renters look closely at the virtual tour and use the zoom, since it's much more accurate. Damage, marks, and things not working are visible throughout. The two sets of patterned chairs are blown out and feel disgusting. The lower-level carpet is matted and dirty, there are bleach stains on the main level, and flooring has separated by several doorways. The vertical blinds on the main-level sliding glass door are falling apart, with some panels only a third or two-thirds of their full length. The towels were great, but the linens had visible round discoloration, and the duvets clearly weren't changed after every guest. They're doing “extra” cleaning because of COVID, but not changing duvets? When we arrived, both trash bins and a cardboard box were full from previous guests. A maintenance man cleared them hours after the 4:00 pm check-in, when he came to replace a broken toilet seat. The hot tub seemed to be serviced on our second day, but RRR didn't contact us about it, so we're not sure.
