Trails End 207 1BR Condo

We had such a good time here, mostly because the location made everything so convenient. It’s the best ski in ski out condo at Breck. I’ll definitely stay again!

The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and Main Street was less than a five-minute walk away. The location is great, and I’d stay again. The hot tub was closed while we were there, which was disappointing, and there was construction in the lobby and outside the building. Some furniture is quite worn and could use updating. I also wish there were ceiling fans in at least the bedrooms. It smelled musty when we arrived, though opening the windows helped.

We spent two full weeks in Trails End unit 307, from 5/24/25 to 6/7/25, and I can’t wait to return. Downtown Breck is only minutes away on foot, and in winter the ski lift is even closer, practically in the backyard. The view was spectacular, and the condo was immaculate with everything I needed for a long stay. The kitchen had all I could want and more. I loved the cozy living room and gas fireplace on cool Colorado nights, plus the very comfortable bed. The moose decor gives the place a distinct Colorado mountain feel. There’s a lovely balcony for coffee in the morning or hot chocolate at night, and a reserved spot in the secured garage was a big perk.

My wife had stayed in this complex 20 years ago, and we picked it again for the reasonable price and its location near both town and the slopes. The units have been updated, and we really enjoyed our time. Check-in and check-out were easy to handle by text, without going anywhere else. I made a mistake with our dates at first, but the folks at Trails End graciously helped sort it out. If we come back, even if it takes another 20 years, we’ll choose it again. Hopefully it won’t be that long!
